Purpose

Your privacy is important to Laucode Interactive Limited ("Laucode", "we", "our", "us") and we strive to maintain as little personal information as possible.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to let visitors of laucode.com (our "Site") and users of Laucode Interactive Limited software products (our "Apps") know when we collect personal information and what we do with it.
Both visitors of our Site and users of our Apps will be referred to as "users" herein.

Information We Collect

Both non-personally identifiable information and personally identifiable information may be collected by our Site, our Apps, or from third party partners.
We may collect non-personally identifiable information which web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Laucode's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our users interact with our Site and Apps and who our audience is. Laucode may release non-personally identifiable information as an aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Site and Apps.
Users may be required to disclose personally identifiable information. The amount and type of information that Laucode gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask users to provide a username and email address so that persistent application data can be served specifically to the registered user, or users must provide an email address to contact us for enquiries or support. Those who engage in transactions with Laucode are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Laucode collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user's interaction with Laucode. Laucode does not disclose personally identifiable information other than as described below. Users can always refuse to supply personally identifiable information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain interactions or activities.

Personally Identifiable Information

Laucode discloses personally identifiable information only to those of its employees, contractors and third party partners that:

  1. need to know that information in order to process it on Laucode's behalf or to provide services available at Laucode's Site and Apps, and
  2. that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
Some of those employees, contractors and third party partners may be located outside of your home country; by using Laucode's Site and Apps, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
We do not rent or sell personally identifiable information to anyone.
Other than to its employees, contractors and third party partners, as described above, we disclose personally identifiable information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when we believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Laucode, third parties or the public at large.
If you are a registered user of our Site or App and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Laucode and our products. We primarily use our Site to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on third party hosted servers with security enabled (password protected and firewall enabled).

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a user's computer, and that the users's browser provides to the website each time the user returns.
Laucode uses cookies to help Laucode identify and track visitors, their usage of Laucode website, and their website access preferences. Laucode visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Laucode's websites, with the drawback that certain features of Laucode's websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Third Party Usage

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, and reads non-personally identifiable information from web browsers, to gain a better understanding of who our audience are and their behaviour in our Site and Apps.
We do not use Google Analytics in a way that gathers or utilizes personally identifiable information.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

This is our compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
Due to the usage of in-app purchases in our Apps, our Site and Apps are directed to users who are 13 years old or over.
We do not ask our users to reveal their age nor do we obtain this knowledge through our third party partners, however if a user is revealed to be under 13 years old, we will comply with COPPA by terminating the user's account with us and remove the user's personal information.

In this passage, "personal information" is defined in Section A.3 from the Federal Trade Commission's website .

If you believe a user under 13 years old has registered to our services, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will terminate the user's account and remove the user's personal information.

California Residents: Your California Privacy Rights

This is our compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003 ("CalOPPA").
As detailed above, we do not disclose any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user's interaction with Laucode.
We currently do not support fulfilling a web browser's "Do Not Track" (DNT) request, however you may request the removal of collected personally identifiable information by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

In this passage, "personally identifiable information" is defined in Section 22577 from the Official California Legislative Information's website .

Business Transfers

If Laucode, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Laucode goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Laucode may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Privacy Policy Changes

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and at our sole discretion. This can occur, for example, when additional compliance is required due to new laws or to meet any requirements due to existing laws, or any changes to our services. We encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
Any changes will be noted in the change log section of this page.
